General Return Policy 

- You may return any item within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition, used , and with all original packaging and accessories. 

Exceptions:

- Used Instruments:  Used instruments can be returned withing 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Provided they are in the same condition as sold. 

Custom Orders:

-Custom or special orders are non-returnable unless defective. Please verify details before purchasing. 

Defective or Damage items:

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and cover shipping costs for exchanges or refunds. 

Return Process:

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (femingtonguitarshop@gmail.com). We will provide instructions and a return authorization number. 

-Items must be securely packaged and shipped back to the us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. 

Store Credit:

- If you prefer, we can issue store credit for returned items.  Store credit does not expire and can be used for Future purchases.

Accessories and minor items:

- Accessories (strings, picks, cables, etc.) must be unopened for a full refund. Opened  accessories can be exchanged for a similar item. 

Non- Renewable Items

-The following items are non-renewable . 

(Gift Cards, Clearance Items, Items marked as final sale.)

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
